[Resolved] Right click should offer “create item” as an option

I know that one can navigate to the home tab and find the “Create item” option (it brings up the “Create fie or folder” dialog box). However, Windows has that option as a right click (they call it “New”). My suggestion is that you add the “Create item” as an additional option on the right click menu. You already have “Create shortcut.” Adding “Create item” would actually be more convenient than what Microsoft does, since Windows doesn’t always show the “New” option where you might want it.

Release 24.9.8 brings this feature.
To see the “Create Item” entry in the context menu, right click on the list background or right click on the folder path above the list.
You can also right-click on the columns in the “Details” display mode of the lists
